Still getting used to the idea that I have a college degree and have been a working woman for a full week (minus Memorial Day but ISTILLGOTPAIDFORITSCHWING).

It’s weird because I still feel like an intern at work and people still sort of forget that I’m full time employee status now until I remind them that I’ve graduated. I very much like my job though and it’s definitely been an easier transition since I know mostly everyone already and how the office runs from my internship. It’s difficult sometimes to wrap my head around the fact that this is a “permanent” position (I mean I could get fired - God forbid - or move on to other jobs) … still in the student mindset, I guess. I wonder how long it’ll take for that to pass. I’m working overtime this weekend, so maybe it won’t take too long at all.

John won passes to the Cars Land Preview and invited me. He is awesome.

Why yes, I did know that because there are a lot of idiots in college. I believe I learned a good chunk of critical thinking and written skills from elementary school to high school.
